Vermont Lovin'

So we set out this morning to explore what central Vermont had to offer. We were greeted by fat, fluffy, snow flakes, that later turned into rain. No problem! It was pretty and it eventually stopped.

Our first destination was Cold Hollow Cider Mill, where we tasted some apple cider jelly, as well as an awesome maple horseradish mustard. We then continued on to the Cabot Cheese Annex and Lake Champlain Chocolates. Cabot Cheese was pretty awesome, and had a lot (and we do mean a LOT) of cheese samples. Delicious!

We then drove past Ben & Jerry's (that's for tomorrow!), and went to Morse Farm Sugar Works where we tried Sugar on Snow. Holy smokes was it sweet! Not for diabetics or those opposed to sugary snacks. I guess we could have gotten a pickle to go with it for bites in between, but we didn't. In retrospect though....we totally should have!

We then took a quick drive through downtown Burlington and made a stop at Magic Hat Brewery. Since were a bit sickly, we didn't taste any beers, but they looked good!
